Bishop Dr. Samuel Antwi-Gyekyi is a disciple of the gospel, a Civil Servant, Businessman and a practicing farmer. His calling evolves around the needy in society, especially children. His mother attempted to abort him, fell from a window and survived three days in a valley after a fatal accident, his best grade at “A” Levels was “E”,. This man is a top IT Director in the Ghana Civil Service. He is the founder of Divine Praise Ministry International and Alvimax Christian School.
Bishop Dr. Samuel Antwi-Gyekyi, founded Alvimax Christian School after series of prophetic messages from God upon his life to help the needy children in society. His wife Peggy, who has been very instrumental to his spiritual life was very supportive to his vision. They are married for twenty (20) years with three (3) biological children and four (4) adopted and still counting.
Bishop Dr. Samuel Antwi-Gyekyi has over 29 years working experience in the Ghana Civil Service, over thirty (30) years in Ministry. All these years, propagating the gospel has been his main focus and supporting the needy in society. He is also a member of the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International and one of their speakers. His testimony has touched a lot of lives and helped change others, motivated and encouraged most young people to live a life based on the gospel of Christ.

Bishop Dr. Antwi-Gyekyi’s leadership extends to the design, development, and deployment of specified IT/IM projects within the Ministry and the Public Service at large. His innovative thinking and ability to conceptualize and execute impactful projects have been a driving force behind technological advancements in the Public Sector. Bishop Dr. Antwi-Gyekyi’s extensive career also includes a noteworthy tenure at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS), where he served Acting Director of Research, Statistics, and Information Management. In this role, he oversaw the management and administration of the Research Statistics and Information Management Directorate (RSIMD). His leadership extended to reviewing procedures, standards, and guidelines supporting the implementation of IT/IM systems within the OHCS and the broader Civil Service. He led the development of the current Scheme of Service document for the IT/IM Class in the Ghana Civil Service and has since become the technical adviser of the IT/IM Class in the service. In his quest for excellence, Bishop Dr. Antwi-Gyekyi has continually sought to enhance his skills through professional certifications. Notably, he is a PhD holder with thesis in e-governance from CASS EUROPE, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Executive Masters Business Administration (EMBA, Finance), International Laws in Cyber Operations, certificate in Artificial Intelligence (AI), a Certified Network Forensics Examiner and International Laws on Cyber operations, demonstrating his commitment to staying current with the latest trends and best practices in the field.
